清远市区果实种子类中药混用情况的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解清远市区果实种子类中药混用情况。方法对清远市区15家医药机构8个品种进行调查,并用来源、性状、显微、理化等方法进行鉴别。结果经鉴别后发现仅有17个样品是正品,整体的相符率只有14.5%,其余的样品均为混用品。结论本市果实种子类中药混用情况较为严重和普遍,应加强规范本地区中药市场,以保证临床用药安全、有效。Objective To understand Chinese medicine mixed condition of fruits and seeds in Qingyuan city. Methods 8 cultivars in Qingyuan City 15 medical institutions were investigated and identified by sources, properties, microstructure, physical and chemical methods. Results After identification, only 17 samples were found genuine, the overall compliance rate was only 14.5%,the rest of the samples were mixed products. Conclusion The fruit and seed of Chinese traditional medicine mixture of Qingyuan city is severe and widespread,it is necessary to strengthen local Chinese market, and ensure the safety and utility of clinical use.
