布洛芬的不良反应33例文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析布洛芬在临床治疗中发生的不良反应。方法将关键词"布洛芬""芬必得""不良反应"输入维普中文数据库和中国期刊全文数据库,对布洛芬的不良反应出现患者的年龄、性别、基础疾病、药物的用法、用量、临床症状、临床症状出现的时间进行统计学分析。结果布洛芬不良反应多见于中老年、基础疾病为风湿疾病、多见于缓释片、剂量过大,使用时间过长、连续用药的患者,不良反应多见于胃肠道系统。结论应重视布洛芬的不良反应,如出现可疑症状应立即停药,并采取相应的措施,避免发生严重的不良反应。Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions caused by Ibuprofen. Methods lbuprolen ienbld drug adverse reactions were input into VIP database and Chinese periodical full text database, adverse reaction patients＇ age, gender, basis diseases, usage and dosage of the drugs, clinical symptoms, epoch of the clinical symptoms were through statistical analysis. Results Middle-aged and elderly were susceptible population,the main basis disease was rheumatic disease, adverse reactions were found in sustained release tablet, large dose, long use time, continuous usage patients. Adverse drug reactions were found in gastrointestinal system. Conclusion We should pay more attention to the adverse reactions of Ibuprofen, if suspicious symptoms comes out , we should stop the usage of Ibuprofen immediately, and take measures to avoid severe adverse reaction.
