摘 要:目的了解近期本地区泌尿系统生殖道感染支原体的情况及对抗生素的耐药性分析,更好地指导临床合理用药,提高治疗效果。方法采用珠海浪峰生物有限公司生产的"支原体培养、鉴定药敏试剂盒",培养解尿支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh),并作药物敏感试验。结果支原体培养阳性检出率为57%,其中Uu检出率最高,为69.5%;Mh检出率较低,为9.5%;Uu合并Mh感染检出率为21%。药敏结果显示,支原体对环丙沙星(CPF)的耐药率最高,达81%;其次左氧氟沙星(CRA),达63.1%。对美满霉素(MIV)的耐药率最低,为0.35%。加替沙星(GAT)、甲砜霉素(THI)、罗红霉素(ROX)、红霉素(ERY)、阿奇霉素(AZI)、环脂霉素(ECC)、克拉霉素(CLA)、强力霉素(DOX)、交沙霉素(JOS)的耐药率分别为:57.9%、43.2%37.9%35.8%31.6%、22.1%、20%、4.2%、1.8%。结论泌尿生殖道分泌物支原体培养和药敏试验对临床诊断和治疗起着重要的指导作用,临床医生应根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素。Objective To better guide clinical rational drug use and promote curative effect through understanding the urogenital tract mycoplasma infection situation and antibiotic resistance analysis. Methods The mycoplasma culture and identification drug susceptibility kit produced by Zhuhai Langfeng Biological Limited Company was used to cultivate Ureaplasmalyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and test drug susceptibility. Results The positive detection rate of mycoplasma was 57%, of which the Uu detection rate was the highest, accounting for 69.5%, the Mh detection rate was relatively low, accounting for 9.5%, and the combined Uu and Mh infection detection rate was 21%. The drug susceptibility test showed that mycoplasma had the highest drug resistance rate toward ciprofloxacin (CPF), accounting for 81%, followed by levofloxacin (CRA), accounting for 63.1%. Mycoplasma had the lowest drug resistance rate toward minocycline (MIV), accounting for 0.35%. The drug resistance rates toward gatifloxacin (GAT), thiamphenicol (THI), roxithromycin (ROX), erythromycin (ERY), azithromycin (AZI), cycloaliphatic neomycin (ECC), clarithromycin (CLA) , doxycycline (DOX) and josamycin (JOS) were 57.9%, 43.2% 37.9% 35.8% 31.6%, 22.1%, 20%, 4.2% and 1.8% respectively. Conclusion The mycoplasma culture of urogenital tract secretion and the drug susceptibility test play an important role in guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinicians should use antibiotics rationally based on the drug susceptibility results.
