以角膜溃疡首诊的急性硫酸二甲酯中毒7例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以角膜溃疡首诊的急性硫酸二甲酯中毒患者的临床特点。方法对7例(14眼)由硫酸二甲酯眼化学烧伤致角膜溃疡的患者彻底冲洗结膜囊,局部处理给予抗感染、解毒等治疗。结果 7例全部治愈,恢复原来视力,康复出院。结论硫酸二甲酯入眼应及时彻底的冲洗结膜囊,细致观察病情并及时对症及全身治疗,且加强眼化学烧伤的预防宣传是关键。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of acute dimethyl sulfate poisoning which first diagnosed by corneal ulcer. Methods 7 cases （14 eyes）with corneal ulcer chemical burn because dimethyl sulfate were washed in time,and were given anti-infection and antidotal medicines. Results All 7 cases were cured,their sight were recovered,and all were discharged from hospitals upon recovery. Conclusion Acute dimethyl sulfate poisoning and pleasing to the eye should washing eyes in time,observing symptoms carefully,symptomatic treatment in time and holistic therapy.And educating everyone to prevent ocular chemical injury are the key of protective measure
