摘  要:对4-异丙基-7-氧代-5-辛烯腈(Ⅰ)的合成工艺进行了研究和改进——成功地将红外光 谱应用到反应混合物及中间产物的成分分析中,方法简便、快捷;报道了以5-甲基-4-甲 酰基已腈(Ⅱ)为原料,经与丙酮缩合,脱水制备化合物(Ⅰ)的合成工艺.研究结果表明:化 合物(Ⅱ)与丙酮的缩合反应中,以有机碱乙醇钠为催化剂比用无机碱作催化剂反应收率提高 14.5%,反应时间缩短9.5 h,且产物容易分离和纯化.The synthetic technology of 4 isopropyl 7 keto 5 octenenitrile, through con densation with acetone and dehydration star ting with 5 methyl 4 formyl hexanenitrile(Ⅱ) was reported. The technologic al method was researched and improved. The composition of the reaction mixtures and middle products were analysed by using IR as directions. The method was simp le and direct. Experiment results show that in the condensation the reaction yie ld was raised by 14.5%, reaction time shortened by 9.5 h and the product easily seperated and purified by using organic base as catalyst compared with inorganic base.
