摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施,必然带来高等工程教育人才培养模式的变革.具体而言,在人才培养理念、人才培养范式、人才培养规格、人才培养主体、教学实施目的、教学组织方式、学制设置类型以及教学体系评价标准等方面,都会与传统模式产生根本性的变化.Put＂Plan of Excellent＇in practice, involve the change on the training module of high talents. Contretely speaking, it must make extra chang on the traditional module, it put forward in therom of training talents, module of training talents, standard of training talents, main body of training talents, aim of teaching, style of teaching, organization of teaching, et al.
