摘  要:针对华东电网直调多电源短期联合优化调度问题,建立了一种涉及多个电网的水火电调峰优化模型,并根据各类电源运行特点,分别设计了适合常规水电站、抽水蓄能电站及火电站的实用化模型求解方法,以确定直调电站的日出力过程;同时给出了一种适用所有电站的出力网间分配方法,以合理安排电站送往多个电网的出力过程。参考华东电网直调电厂实际运行情况,给出了模型和求解方法的验证实例。This paper constructs a hydro-thermal power peak load regulation model for multiple grids with a view to the direct dispatching optimization for East China grid with multi-power short-term joint. Then based on the operational features of multi-type powers, it formulates the practical model solving methods adaptable to conventional hydropower station, pumped storage power station and thermal power station, so that the daily output process of the direct dispatc- hing station can be defined. Meanwhile, an output distribution method among power grids is proposed fit for all sta- tions, in order to schedule the output process of stations to distribute power to multiple grids. With the reference to East China direct-dispatching power plants, case study was conducted to verify the model and solution.
