新建本科院校的科研基础及其转型探析

摘　　要：随着新建本科院校层次的升格和规模的扩张,其职能也扩充到教学、科研、服务社会和文化创新等方面。科研作为新建本科院校的新职能,其基础薄弱。基于此,在分析新建本科院校升格前的科研基础现状后,指出了新建本科院校科研定位艰难,并提出了新建本科院校科研的转型策略。With the upgrading of level and expansion of scale,the functions of newly-built universities are also extended to the teaching,scientific research,social service and cultural innovation.Scientific research of newly-built universities,as a new function,is weak in its foundation.Based on the analysis of the scientific research foundation of the newly-built universities before upgrading,this paper points out the difficulty of scientific research orientation of newly-built universities,and puts forward the transformation strategy of scientific research.
