摘　　要：在"创新教育"的理念下,结合黑龙江工程学院外语系所采取的改革措施,在地方性工科院校中的外语专业构建创新复合型人才培养体系,以期为地方性工科院校外语专业的建设提供可行、有效的建议。It presents a new vaewpomt, creative education in the creative interdisciplinary talents of English major cultivation sys- tem. Combining tim innovative methods adopted by the author＇s college, it gives feasible and efficient suggestions on English major con- struction in local technology conege.
