摘　　要：减速器是降低原动机转数、扩大传动转矩的一种传动装置,在现代机械中应用十分广泛。我国机械设备持有量和每年新增产量都很大,其配套的减速器数量、规格和品种也随之增大。减速器产品服务领域涉及纺织、化工、冶金、煤炭、船舶、水电及工程机械等行业。开发出一套检测系统对减速器性能进行总体测试和评估已成为一项极富应用意义的重要课题。基于此,受国内某纺织机械生产厂家委托,研究开发出用于测试某型纺机摆臂驱动减速器试验台硬件及软件系统。Speed reducer is a transmission device,widely applied in modern mechanics.The number of our country＇s mechanic device holdings and newly-increased mechanic device is large,with the speed reducer quantity,scale and type increasing accordingly.Speed reducer is applied in textile industry,chemical industry,metallurgy,coal,shipping,hydroelectricity and mechanical engineering.Developing a set of testing system to text and appraise speed reducer performance is a very meaningful project.Therefore,entrusted by a textile factory,this research is to research and develop swing arm speed reducer test-bed hardware and software system.
