摘　　要：通过对乡镇卫生院12种常见病的临床路径试点进行了为期1个月的跟踪观察。结果显示,实施临床路径规范乡镇卫生院的医疗服务行为,在一定程度上控制了不合理用药现象。针对试点中一些问题,提出要继续加强研究和试点、及时总结经验,建立健全相关法律法规、完善补偿机制和政策支持。A one-month tracking observation has been conducted on the pilot work of clinical pathways of 12 common diseases in township health centers in China. The implementation of clinical pathways standardizes the medical services in township health centers,and controls irrational drug use to a certain degree. Yet there still exist some problems and some suggestions have been put forward in this paper, such as making relative rules and regulations, improving reimbursement mechanism and strengthening policy support.
