摘　　要：目的:通过对急性阑尾炎住院费用的影响因素进行分析,为合理利用卫生资源及按病种定价提供依据。方法:采用统计学分析方法对急性阑尾炎住院费用的影响因素进行筛检和分析。结果:影响急性阑尾炎住院总费用的因素主要有年龄、付费方式、病理分型、住院天数、有无合并症、抗生素联用等。结论:应根据上述影响因素,采取控制费用的有效措施;在制定病种付费标准时,需要考虑到上述影响因素。Objective To analyze the influencing factors on hospitalization cost of inpatients, and to provide evidence for reasonable utilization of health resources and single disease charge. Methods Several statistical methods were con- ducted to screen factors which impacted hospitalization cost of acute appendicitis. Results The significant factors influencing hospitalization cost were age, charge, length of stay, complications, combining use of antibiotics, duration of medication,etc. Conclusions Effective measures should be taken to control the increase of hospitalization cost according to the above factors. These factors should be taken into consideration when standard of medical insurance payment is made.
