摘 要:为改进环境水样品90Sr的分离方法,在冠醚萃取法基础上将冠醚萃取液涂在硅藻土支撑体上,研究了冠醚浓度、载体量、洗脱液体积等参数对Sr元素分离的影响,建立了环境水样品中90Sr冠醚萃取色层法。实验表明,冠醚浓度、载体量及洗脱液体积参数优化结果分别为0.89mol/L、100mg和200mL,参数优化后,该方法首次使用时对环境水样品Sr的化学回收率达90%以上,满足环境水样品低水平90Sr常规分离分析需要。In environmental samples 90 Sr is one of the most important radionuclides generated nuclear fission process. To improve the separation of ^90Sr from environmental water mples, the solvent containing crown ether was spreaded on the diatomite, the influence of trameters such as crown ether concentration, carrier mass, eluant volume ete on ^90Sr sepa- tion were studied based on former crown ether extraction method, and the crown ether :traction chromatography for ^90Sr separation was established. The experimental results ow that the optimal crown ether concentration, ^90Sr carrier and eluant volume are 89 mol/L, 100 mg and 200 mL respectively. Through parameters optimization, the chemi- 1 recovery rate of Sr is over 90% when a new such chromatographic column is used. This ether 90 Sr s extraction chromatography is satisfied with the conventional requirement for low-level eparation and analysis in environmental water samples.
