摘　　要：射频功率放大器是电子战发射机系统的核心设备,其工作可靠性受诸多因素影响,与其相连的前后端设备的任何异常都有可能造成昂贵的功率器件的损坏,因此,射频功率放大器的保护设计十分重要。针对射频功率放大器因异常信号灌入导致失效的情况,提出了一种新型的保护方式,并设计了异常信号检测保护电路,从而达到保护射频功率放大器的目的。RF power amplifier is a core equipment of electronic warfare transnlitters, and its reliability is influ-enced by many factors. Any abnormal behaviors of equipments linked it could cause to damage the valuable RF power devices, so it is important to design circuits for protecting it. This paper constructs a new type detection and protection circuit against the failure by undesirable signals to achieve the purpose protecting PF power amplifier.
