摘  要:目的调查南平市心脏介入术者的职业照射剂量分布,评估放射工作人员的职业照射风险。方法用热释光探测器检测心脏介入术者有关部位的受照剂量,与肝脏和下肢介入术者比较。结果心脏介入术者体表各部位的受照剂量和年有效剂量,均大于肝脏和下肢介入术者;体表各部位受照剂量以手部最大,腹部和头胸部次之,脚部最小;估算心脏介入术者全身年受照有效剂量4.00mSv;防护设施及防护用品都有一定的防护效果;仪器累积剂量与眼晶体、胸部的受照剂量呈正相关。结论术者受照剂量及年有效剂量均未超过年剂量限值,但大于全国放射工作人员年平均水平,应加强心脏介入术的放射卫生管理。Objective To investigate occupational radiation dose of cardiac interventional radiology for the surgeons to assess the risk of occupational exposure. Methods The doses of related sites of the cardiac surgeons with TL detectors were detected, and compared with liver and lower limbs intervention surgeons. Results The exposure dose and annual effective dose of various parts of the cardiac surgeons were significantly higher than those of the liver and lower limbs of the surgeons. The exposure dose of hands was the highest, followed by abdomen, head and chest, and the feet. The estimated annual effective close of cardiac surgeon was 4.00 mSv. Protective equipments showed certain protective effect. Cumulative exposure doses showed positive correlation with the doses of eye lens and chest. Conclusion Radiation dose and annual effective dose are under the limit of annual effective dose, and higher than that of national annual dose. Radiotherapy management of cardiac intervention surgery should be strengthened in the future.
