《元史·世祖纪》“录事司百三”考察

摘　　要：金元两代是中国历史上城市行政管理发生重要变革的时期,其重要特点在于对不同等级的治所城市实行专门行政管理。元代则省并了州府治所城市司候司,保留了两都警巡院、路府治所城市录事司。元世祖至元三十年(1293年)则拥有103个录事司管理100个城市。本文考察了录事司建置演变、行政职能、废弃过程及103个录事司建置的具体路府治所。Jin and Yuan Dynasty is the important period about the evolution of urban management system in China history. An important symbol was the special administration departments on cities at different levels of Zhisuo cities. In Yuan dynasty Sihou--si of Zhoufu Zhisuo cities were mergered , Liangdu＇Jingxunyuan and Zhoufu Zhisuo cities＇ Lushi- si were reserved. Yuanshizu Zhiyuan 30 （AD1293） 103 Lushi--si managemented 100 cities. This paper aims to study the transformation of Lushi--si＂ establishment , administrative function, abandoned process, and the Lufu Zhisuo of 103 Lushi-- si＂ establishment.
