三种抗凝血型灭鼠毒饵的适口性及灭效研究

摘　　要：目的评价三种常用抗凝血型灭鼠毒饵的适口性及灭鼠效果。方法以小白鼠为试验对象,进行单笼无选择摄食试验、单笼有选择摄食试验、集群无选择摄食试验和集群有选择摄食试验,采用毒杀率和取食系数或摄食系数评价灭鼠效果和适口性。结果三种抗凝血型灭鼠剂的毒杀率均为100%,死亡时间都较短(4-12天),0.005%的溴鼠灵颗粒饵剂适口性最好,0.005﹪的溴鼠灵蜡块和0.005﹪的氟鼠灵蜡块次之。结论三种抗凝血型灭鼠毒饵具有较好的灭鼠效果和适口性,0.005%的溴鼠灵颗粒饵剂适口性最好。Objective This paper aims to assess the palatability and killing effect of three kinds of common antico- agulant raticides. Methods Mice are taken as the test subjects, on which the single cage unselected feeding test single cage selected feeding test, group unselected feeding test and group selected feeding test are conducted. The palatability and killing effect are judged by the killing rate and feeding coefficient. Results The killing rates of the three kinds of anticoagulant raticides are 100%. All of the death time is short （4 - 12 days）. 0. 005% brodifa- coum granule has the best palatability; 0. 005% brodifacoum paraffin block and 0. 005% flocoumafen paraffin block are next to the best. Conclusion The three kinds of anticoagulant raticides have good palatability and kill- ing effect. The palatability of 0.005% brodifacoum granule is best.
