摘　　要：目的加强对查验不合格特殊物品的卫生处理管理,防范传染风险。方法收集北京口岸2010-2011年入境查验不合格特殊物品卫生处理情况,分析存在的问题,并结合工作实际,对今后查验不合格特殊物品的卫生处理方法进行探讨。结果目前,查验不合格入境特殊物品需要卫生处理的工作还不能充分地开展,有必要加强相关领域的研究和监管。结论重视特殊物品相关的卫生处理,全方位防范传染风险。Objective To strengthen the management of sanitary treatment for entry special products failed in quarantine check and to prohibit the infectious risk. Methods The cases of sanitary treatment for entry special products failed in quarantine check during 2010-2011 are collected and analyzed to provide some experience for the future work. Results At present, the sanitary treatment for entry special products has not been implemented completely. We should strengthen the research and supervision in this field. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the sanitary treatment on special products and to prohibit the infectious risk in all ways.
