摘　　要：目的分析2009年乌鲁木齐口岸朝觐人员同时进行多种疫苗接种的安全性。方法通过各项健康体检、现场询问病史、接种后观察受种人接种后的反应、接种后不良反应反馈相结合的方法进行分析。结果 2009年乌鲁木齐口岸朝觐人员共2064人次,因各种疾病不适宜预防接种的有105人次,占接种人数的5.09%。结论加强朝觐人员健康状况检查,严格掌握禁忌症,减少预防接种的不良反应发生,保障朝觐人员如期完成涉外的宗教活动。Objective To analyze the safety of injecting several vaccines on pilgrims at Urumqi Port in 2009. Methods The combined methods of health examination, patient history inquiry, post - vaccination reactions ob- servation, and adverse reaction of vaccination feedback are used. Results In 2009, the total pilgrims at Urumqi Port is 2064 person - time, within which, 105 person - time are not suitable for vaccination due to a variety of dis- eases, accounting for 5.09%. Conclusion Adverse reaction of vaccination should be reduced and the safety of the pilgrims should be ensured by strengthening health status inspection among pilgrims and the control of contrain- dications.
