摘  要:以矿井交流提升机为研究对象,基于H桥三电平拓扑和电机数学模型,采用简化SVPWM控制算法和无速度传感器矢量控制,实现异步电机转速精确控制.提出一种全阶闭环转子磁链观测器,实现电压模型和电流模型模型的平滑切换,在全速范围内准确辨识转子磁链,获得较好的鲁棒性.工程应用结果表明,该提升机变频调速系统运行稳定,验证了相关控制算法的优越性.Based on the topology of H-bridge three-level inverter and mathematical model of induction motor,the simplified SVPWM control algorithm and speed sensorless vector control strategy were applied to a AC mine hoist to control speed precisely.The proposed closed-loop full-order rotor flux observer achieved smooth switching between the models of voltage and current,which can identify rotor flux accurately in a full range and obtain a good robustness.Finally,combined with engineering applications,this frequency control system of Mine hoist ran smoothly,which also verify superiority of control methods involved.
