虚拟社区非理性表达及其理性化的实现路径研究

摘　　要：虚拟社区是人们网络生活自由表达的重要场所,其间不乏充斥着诸多非理性形式表达非理性内容,以及非理性形式表达理性内容的现象。该文具体分析了虚拟社区非理性表达的形式及原因,并从政府、媒体和个人三个层面提出了虚拟社区理性表达的实现路径:政府要改进突发公共事件的信息公开和舆论引导,不断提升政府公信力,完善网络治理的法律法规建设。网络媒体应加强行业自律,增强网络媒体与传统媒体互动;个人应该提高媒体素养,增强"自我"和"超我"对"本我"的调节和控制。Virtual community is an important platform for free expression of internet life,while there is no lack of numerous irrational elements in the expression of network public opinions. The artiele analyses the forms and reasons of irrational expression of the virtual community, and offers the rational path of realization from three aspects of government, media and individuals：government should improve information publicity of sudden public incidents and public opinion guidance to advance government＇s public trust and perfect laws and regulations;internet media should strengthen self-discipline and increase the interaction between cyber media and traditional media; individuals should heighten their quality, boost the regulation and control over Id by ego and superego.
