青岛市社区卫生服务机构标准化建设的现状调研

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市公立社区卫生服务机构标准化建设现状,为政府有关部门决策提供参考。方法按照国家发布的社区卫生服务机构的标准,对12所社区卫生服务机构逐一进行现场调研,并对调研结果进行综合分析。结果 12所卫生服务机构中,8家房屋建筑面积达标,达标率66.7%。公共卫生执业医师设置全部达标,中医类别执业医师设置达标率为25.0%,全科医学专业医师、影像专业执业医师及医学检验专业执业医师设置达标率均为0。12家机构血糖仪配备全部达标,生化分析仪达标率91.7%,超声诊断仪达标率41.7%。所有机构均未配备消毒灭菌设施。结论社区卫生服务机构的标准化建设达标率较低,相关部门应予以高度重视,调整财政支出结构,对社区卫生服务机构投入更多的财力、物力,以便更好地为广大市民服务。Objective To have knowledge about the current situation of standardization construction of public community health service institutions in Qingdao so as to provide a reference for relevant government depart- ments to make decisions. Method An investigation on sites of 12 community health service institutions was conducted one by one as per standards on community health service institutions published by the State, and the result was comprehensively analyzed. Results Among the 12 community health service institutions investiga- ted, housing construction area of 8 institutions reached relevant standards with a standard-reaching rate of 66.7 %. Setting of all medical practitioners in public health reached the standard, standard-reaching rate of tra- ditional Chinese medicine practitioner was 25.0%. The standard-reaching rate of physician in general medi- cine, medical practitioner in imaging and in medical examination was zero. Furnishment of all glucometers in 12 community health service institutions reached the standard, the standard-reaching rate of biochemical analyzer was 91.7% and that of ultrasound diagnostic equipments was 41.7%. None of the institutions investigated had sterilizing facilities. Conclusion Standard-reaching rate of standardization construction in public community health service institutions is relatively low and relevant departments shall pay more attentions to it, and they shall adjust the structure of financial expenditure and input more financial and material resources to provide better service for citizens.
