非洛地平与尼群地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察非洛地平与尼群地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将158例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,分别给予非洛地平片和尼群地平片,6周后观察对比2组治疗前后血压的变化。结果非洛地平组总有效率为91.64%,尼群地平组总有效率为88.61%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。非洛地平组的不良反应低于尼群地平组。结论非洛地平治疗原发性高血压效果理想,与尼群地平的疗效无差异,但不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of felodipine and nitren-dipine in the treatment of essential hypertension. Method 158 cases of patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups and patients in each group were given felodipine tablets and nitren-dipine tablets respectively. Changes in blood pressure of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared after 6 weeks. Results Total effective rate in the group treated with felodipine was 91.64% and that in the group treated with nitren-dipine was 88. 61%, and differences in therapeutic effect between the two groups had no statistical significance （p〈0.05）. Adverse reaction in the felodipine group was lower than the nitren-dipine group. Conclusion Felodipine has an ideal effect in treating essential hypertension with mild adverse reaction and there is no difference in therapeutic effect compared with nitren-dipine, so the felodipine is worth clinical promotion.
