摘　　要：目的创新构建适应高校大学生的健康教育模式,提高大学生健康知识,达到促进健康目的。方法对某高校800名学生进行问卷调查与分析。结果多媒体课堂健康教育方式受到学生普遍欢迎。建议健康教育内容应紧贴学生需求,介绍一些目前最新的医学信息,讲授实用常识及急救技能,采用课堂内外互动交流及实践操作环节等多种模式,鼓励学生积极参与。结论大学生健康教育内容及方法需不断创新,应努力探索适应大学生需要的教学模式,提高教育效果。Objective To innovatively construct health education patterns applicable to university students and improve their health knowledge so as to achieve the purpose of improving health.Method A survey of 800students at a certain university was conducted using questionnaires and the survey was analyzed.Results The health education pattern of using multimedia in the classroom was usually welcomed by students.It was recommended that the content of health education should be in close compliance with the requirements of students,for example,introducing the latest medical information,teaching practical common knowledge and first aid skills.A variety of patterns such as interactive communication both inside and outside the classroom and practical operation should be adopted to facilitate active participation of students.Conclusion Content and method of health education for university students needs continuous innovation and we should make an effort to explore teaching patterns which meet the requirements of university students so as to improve the teaching effect.
