摘　　要：本文阐述了高校医院的历史、现状及功能定位,指出社区卫生服务是高校医院发展的必然趋势。研究分析了高校医院改革与实现社区卫生服务之间的相互作用,阐述了两者之间能够相互借鉴的因素,提出了在确保高校医院顺利转型基础上完善社区卫生服务运行及管理的新模式。This paper elaborates the history, current situation and function orientation of university hospitals and points out that community health service is an inevitable choice for the development of university hospitals. It analyzes the interactions between reforms in these hospitals and the actual community health service, illus- trates valuable factors which can be used for reference, and puts forward that new mode for operating and man- aging community health service should he completed based on smooth transformation of university hospitals.
