摘　　要：腹腔镜直肠癌手术具有创伤小,恢复快等一系列优势,近年来已逐渐为广大结直肠外科医师接受并越来越多的应用于直肠癌根治手术。如何进一步使腹腔镜直肠癌外科规范化治疗的水平获得提高是当前亟需解决的问题之一。我们认为首先该技术本身必须成熟可行,并得到循证医学证据的支持,其次需要有良好严谨的规范加以引导,通过合理的准入制度加以约束,并需要具备一个正规科学的培训体系为其推广提供保障。我们相信随着我国腹腔镜直肠癌外科规范化治疗水平的不断提高,越来越多的直肠癌患者将从中获益。Laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer offers several benefits including minimal invasion of gastrointestinal function, less immune-suppression, shorter hospital stay, and improved reconvalescence. Before its standardization, several issues should be addressed in terms of laparoscopic skills by experienced hands, the high level evidence of long-term outcomes, correct guidelines and training, widespread of the laparoscopic technique and application by colorectal surgeons. With the improvement of standardization of laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer, more and more patients are benefited from laparoscopic surgery.
