摘　　要：WCDMA技术作为3G标准之一,随着3G技术的快速发展,WCDMA技术也呈现飞速发展的状态。如今,我国信息通信技术已经步入第三代移动通信系统,因此在网络规划中如何有效解决频率、核心网络和无线接入点已经成为最关键的应用技术,要想完善网络规划,必须确定全球统一的频谱段,统一的核心网络和确定的无线网接入系统。WCDMA technology as one of the 3G standards, with the rapid development of 3G technology, WCDMA technology has the rapid development of the state. Nowadays, information and communication technology in China has entered the third generation mobile communication system, so the network planning how to effectively solve the frequency, the core network and the wireless access point has become the most important application of technology, to improve the network planning, must determine the spectrum of global unity, unity of core network and determine the wireless network access system
