摘 要:提出了基于TransCAD的港区航道网通航能力分析方法:首先,以现状航道网的地理信息数据及船舶流量观测数据为基础,借助交通规划软件TransCAD的OD Matrix Estimation模块获取各港区及外围交通小区的交通产生吸引量;其次,对反推所得OD矩阵进行再分配,以地图专题分析形式输出航道网通航能力分析结果,实现分析结果的可视化;最后,以宁波-舟山港核心港区为例,实践应用了上述方法,案例结果表明,软件的运用能够简化分析过程,获得符合实际的结果,并能够更直观地表达航道网通航能力信息。A method of analyzing bearing capacity of the port waterway network was proposed on the basis of TransCAD. First, trip production amount and trip attraction amount among trafffic analysis zones could be ohtained by utilizing OD Matrix Estimation module of the traffic planning software TransCAD, based on geographic information data and traffic flow data observed of the waterway network. Then, assign the estimated OD matrix, and export the results of the bearing capacity analysis of the waterway network in a fnrm of thematic maps, which thus realized the visualization of the analysis results. At last, the method stated above was applied into practice with Ningbo - Zhoushan Core Port as an example. The results showed that the adoption of software can simplify the analysis process, get in line with the actual results, and become more intuitive to express the carrying capacity of the waterway network.
