摘　　要：王兆军主任认为络脉瘀阻为乳糜血尿主要病因、病机,活血通络应贯穿治疗始终;一味见血止血,难以收效。辨证得当,灵活施治,活血通络法在该病治疗中效果满意。Venae stasis is the the chyluria major cause, one of the pathogenesis Huoxuetongluo is often throughout the whole over the course of the treatment always. Blind with blood hemostasis, difficult to be effective. If properly dialectical, flexible and treatment, satisfaction the Huoxuetongluo in effect in the treatment of the disease.
