桑杏汤加味治疗喉源性咳嗽100例

摘　　要：[目的]观察桑杏汤加味治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效。[方法]对100喉源性咳嗽患者口服桑杏汤加味(桑叶10g,杏仁15g,南沙参20g,浙贝母15g,栀子10g,甘草10g,淡豆豉15g,麦冬20g,射干10g,千张纸6g,蝉蜕6g,生地20g,雪梨皮适量),随证加减。150mL/次,3次/d,缓慢含服。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床治愈50例,显效40例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率97.00%。[结论]桑杏汤加味治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效满意。[ Objective ] Observation of Mulberry apricot therapeutic effect of decoction for treatment of la- ryngeal cough. [Method] 100 oral administration sang apricot decoction in patients with larynx derived cough （ Sangye 10g, Xingren 15g, Nanshacan 20g, Zhebeimu 15 g, Zhizi 10g, Gancao 10g, Dandou 15g, Maidong 20g, Shegan 10g, Qianzhangzhi 6g, Chantui 6g, Shengdi 20g, Xuelipl quantum satis） , clinical certification addition and subtraction. 150mL/, 3/d slow service. Continuous treatment for 1 week 1 course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms and side effects. Treatment of 2 consecutive treatments to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Clinical cure of 50 cases, having an effective 7 cases of 40 cases, is not valid in 3 cases, total effective rate 97.00%. [ Conclusion] Mulberry apricot therapeutic effect of decoction in treatment of throat cough with satisfaction.
