参芪地黄汤联合糖尿病电脑治疗仪治疗早期糖尿病肾病对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察参芪地黄汤联合糖尿病电脑治疗仪治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]将50例患者分为两组。对照组25例依那普利片20mg,1次/d,口服。治疗组25例参芪地黄汤(党参、生黄芪、当归、山药、山萸肉、泽泻,等)1剂/d,水煎,2次/d,口服;采用糖尿病电脑治疗仪,选取脾俞、肾俞、京门、章门、气海、阴陵泉、三阴交、足三里、涌泉(左),毫米波探头照射左手合谷穴。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗8周,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制5例,显效4例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。对照组临床控制4例,显效6例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]参芪地黄汤联合糖尿病电脑治疗仪治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效满意,值得临床推广。[ Objective ] To study of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with computer therapeutic instrumerit for early diabetic nephropathy. [ Methods ] A control group of 25 cases of enalapril maleate tablets 20mg, 1 times/d, oral. The treatment group of 25 cases of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction （ Dangshen,Shenghuangqi, Danggui, Shanyao,Shanyurou,Zexie, etc. ） 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water, 2/d, oral; diabetes therapy instrument using the computer, select spleen Yu, Shenshu, Jingmen, chapter door, Qihai, yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Yongquan （left） , millimeter wave irradiation left Hegu acupoint probe. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 8 weeks of continuous treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 5 cases were clinically controlled, 4 cases were cured, effective 15 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 96%. Clinical control group in 4 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total efficiency of 76%. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group. [ Conclu- sion]The way of this treatment is effective and worth promoting.
