宁络护膜养胃合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤保护随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察宁络护膜养胃合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤保护作用。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将清洁级SD大鼠(体重180～220g)编号按随机数字标法随机分为六组(12只/组),雌雄各半,分笼喂养。各组分别灌胃宁络护膜养胃合剂(高、中、低剂量)、气滞胃痛冲剂、硫糖铝混悬凝胶,再用无水乙醇诱导SD大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤。肉眼观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤进行评分;取胃部受损严重部分光学显微镜下观察胃黏膜细胞受损情况。[结果]宁络护膜养胃合剂中、高剂量组、硫糖铝混悬凝胶组损伤评分均低于空白对照组(P<0.05),宁络护膜养胃合剂高剂量组评分最低(P<0.01);宁络护膜养胃合剂中、高剂量组损伤评分均低于气滞胃痛组(P<0.05,P<0.01);宁络护膜养胃合剂组大鼠的胃黏膜与正常组大鼠相似,黏膜几乎未被破坏;硫糖铝混悬凝胶组大鼠胃黏膜破坏也较少。[结论]宁络护膜养胃合剂能显著降低无水乙醇引起的大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,促进胃黏膜上皮细胞修复,从而起到保护胃黏膜的作用。[ Objective ] Researching protection of the prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa on acute gastric mucosa lesion. [ Method ] Using randomization and concurrent control, The SD numbered rats （Weight 180-220 g）are randomly divided into 6 groups,which group has 12 rats,female and male are half and half. Each group were given the prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa of high, middle, low dose, qi stagnation stomachache infusion, and Sucralfate Gel. After with anhydrous ethanol SD rats were induced acute gastric mucosal lesion. I observed the rat gastric mucosa lesion,and gave marks. Then [ choose the stomach severely damaged parts, which were used the optical microscope observation gastric mucosa cell damage. [ Result ] The prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa of high, middle dose group and Sucralfate Gelgroup injury scores are below the blank control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , The prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa of high group is lowest injury score （P 〈 0.01 ）The prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa of high, middle dose group and Sucralfate Gelgroup injury scores are below qi stagnation stomachache infusion group（ P 〈0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）The prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa of high group as same as normal control, Gastric mueosa almost not be destroyed. The rats Gastric mucosa of Sucralfate Gel group less be destroyed. [ Consequence ] the prescription of protecting gastric collaterals and mucosa can significantly reduce the anhydrous ethanol cause gastric mucosa lesion, promote gastric mucosa epithelial cells to repair, and protect gastric mucosa.
