真心痛饮、复方丹参注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射治疗陈旧性心肌梗塞随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察真心痛饮、复方丹参注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射治疗陈旧性心肌梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按入院顺序编号方法随机分为两组。对照组42例组织型纤溶酶原激活剂静脉注射+胰岛素静脉滴注+阿司匹林肠溶片口服。治疗组48例真心痛饮加减(丹参15g,赤芍、川芎、降香各10g,红花15g,郁金10g,太子参25g,刺五加粗粉、制首乌各10g,黄芪20g,炙甘草10g),加水1000mL,煎后200mL,2次/d,口服;复方丹参注射液20～40mL加10%葡萄糖注射液250～500mL中,静脉滴注,1次/d;川芎注射液40mg分别注入内关,心俞穴,交替注射,每次取2穴,1次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(45d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效20例,无效2例,总有效率95.83%。对照组显效6例,有效12例,无效24例,总有效率42.85%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]真心痛饮、复方丹参注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射治疗陈旧性心肌梗塞疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe effect of treating Old Myocardial Infarction with Zhenxintong Yin Compound Danshen Injection Combined plus Ligustrazine Injection. [ Method] The use of a randomized controlled method, 90 patients according to the order of admission number method were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 42 cases of tissue plasminogen activator intravenous insulin infusion ＋ aspirin enteric -coated tablets. The treatment group of 48 cases Zhenxintong Yin （Danshen 15g, Chishao Chuanxiong Jiangxiang Each 10g, Honghua 15g, Yujin 10g, Taizishen 25g, Ciwujiachufen Zhishouwu Each 10g, Huangqi 20g, Zhigancao 10g）,Add 1000mL of water, fried after 200mL, 2 /d, oral; Compound Danshen injection 20 - 40mL in 10% glucose injection 250 500mL, intravenous drip, 1 times /d; Chuanxiong injection 40mg were injected into Neiguan, heart Shenshu Point, alternating injection, each taking 2 point, 1 /d. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 3 courses （45d）, curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 26 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.83%. The control group 6 cases markedly effective, effective 12 cases, invalid 24 cases, the total efficiency of 42.85%. The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Treating Old Myocardial Infarction with Zhenxintong Yin Compound Danshen Injection Combined plus Ligustrazine Injection has a good effect.
