益气活血法治疗缺血性中风研究概况

摘　　要：从病因病机、益气活血法-机理、益气活血法-应用及疗效等方面,介绍益气活血法治疗缺血性中风研究概况。指出未来需要进一步完善缺血性中风中西医诊断辨证疗效标准,建立客观化、微观化、定量化、规范化的诊断疗效判定标准,使临床观察研究更具有科学性和说服力,采用合理的科研设计方法,随机、双盲、对照的科研原则,对今后基础实验研究与临床经验总结至关重要。BVEAB, this thesis will introduce the research status of treatment for ischemic stroke by BVE- AB. It is necessary to pointed out that the standards of syndromedifferentiation and treatment to ischemic stroke should be improved in traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine. The criterion of diagnosis and curative effect should be more objective, more microcosmic , more quantified and more standardized, so as to make the observational study scientific and convincing, the reasonable methods of scientific design should be taken, such as randomization, double -blind study and check test, which is important to get the conclusion of the basic research and clinical experience in the future.
