叶下珠治疗慢性乙型肝炎研究概况

摘　　要：叶下珠是可安全、有效治疗慢性乙肝的植物药,无论单用/复方还是与其他药物合用均可使HBV-DNA阴转、HBeAg阴转、抗HBe阳转,延缓或阻止慢乙肝患者肝纤维化的进展;并且有停抗病毒药后病毒反弹率、复发率低,远期疗效好的优点;对化学性肝损伤、酒精性肝损伤及免疫性肝损伤均有作用;可抑制肝癌细胞增殖分化和促进其凋亡。作用机理可能与抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用、调节免疫、保肝、抑制HBX表达、抗肝纤维化等有关,有待进一步研究证明。叶下珠是一种安全、有效、很有发展前景的抗HBV植物药,是值得深入开发的天然药物。Phyllanthus is a kind of plant medcine/herbs which could be used for treatment of chronic hepatitis B safely and effectively, whether single/compound or combination with other drugs, it could dely or prevent the progression of chronic hepatitis B patients liver fibrosis by negative conversion of HBV - DNA and HBeAg and sero - conversion of anti - HBe . meanwhile, there is a good long - term effect and a low rebounce rate and recurrence rate after stop of anti -viral drugs. Also,it fouctions on chemical, alcoholic and immunological liver injury. Moreover, proliferation and differentiation of liver cancer ceils could be inhibited and apoptosis could be promoted. The mechanism might contibute to anti -viral, immune regulation, liver protect, expression inhibit of HBx and anti - fibrosis, which needs to be clamfied. In conlusion, phyllanthus is an anti - HBV naturel medcine, safe, effctive, promising, and worth of further development.
