摘  要:目的探讨原儿茶醛与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。方法利用荧光光谱考察了不同浓度的原儿茶醛对BSA的淬灭作用,用Stern-Volmer拟合方程和Line-weaver-Burk拟合方程对所得数据进行拟合。结果原儿茶醛与BSA作用可导致BSA内源荧光猝灭,采Stern-Volmer拟合方程和Line-weaver-Burk拟合方程,发现其猝灭机理为静态猝灭,结合常数Ka=1.95×104L/mol,结合位点数n=0.98。结论利用荧光光谱法可方便考察原儿茶醛与BSA的相互作用,具有操作简便,灵敏度高的优点。Objective To study the interaction between protocatechualdehyde and bovine serum albumin. Methods The style of quenching was investigated by changing the protocatechualdehyde concentration.The number and constant of binding sites of protocatechualdehyde to BSA were calculated. Results The endogenous fluorescence quenching of protocatechualdehyde with bovine serum albumin belonged to a static quenching mechanism.The binding constant Ka was 1.95×104L·mol-1 and the binding site was 0.98. Conclusions Fluorometric analysis is a good method for the study on protocatechualdehyde-BSA binding reaction.It has the advantages of high speed and high sensitivity.
