摘 要:在"高细煤粉立式磨粉磨技术的研究及装备开发"的成果基础上,借鉴HRM型立式磨在非矿行业中超细粉磨的成功经验,针对立式磨粉磨低挥发分无烟煤,煤粉细度要求达到R0.08≤1%,甚至小于0.5%的终级目标,提出的一个完整的可实施的技术方案。主要围绕高细煤粉立式磨实现煤粉细度R0.08≤1%所需要解决的技术难点:振动、选粉和磨损来展开,彻底解决立式磨粉磨低挥发分无烟煤的技术难题。立式磨系统投资总额虽然比球磨机高20%左右,但是依靠立式磨的节电效益,2年就可以收回投资的高出部分。A complete and practical technical scheme whichaimed at grinding low volatile anthracite by roller mill withfineness of R0.08≤1% required, and even with the extremegoal of less than 0.5% has been put forward based on the resultstitled 'Study on roller mill grinding technique for high-finenesscoal powder and its equipment developing', and using thesuccessful experience of HRM roller mill in high-finenessgrinding for reference. This scheme has overcome the maintechnical difficulties of vibration, separation and abrasion, andhas realized the grinding fineness of R0.08≤1% for lowvolatile anthracite using roller mill. The total investment ofroller mill system is about 20% higher than ball mill, but it canbe retrieved within 2 years relied on the energy saving benefitfrom roller mill.
