摘　　要："三农"问题是我国社会发展的重要问题。要实现统筹城乡发展,就必须进行农业规模化经营,而农地流转有利于农地适度集中和农业现代化。文章通过观察山西省农地流转现状,分析影响农地流转的制约因素,从而寻求欠发达地区农地流转效率提高的途径。The three rural issues are of importance in the social development in China. In order to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural, we have to undertake the scaled management in agriculture, and rural land circulation is the advantageous to rural land concentration moderately and agricultural modernization. Through the observation of rural land circulation in Shanxi, this paper analyzes the restricting factors about rural land circulation, and then tries to seek the way to improve the efficiency of rural land circulation in less-redeveloped area.
