论浙江新农村建设的金融支持

摘　　要：构建完善的新农村金融体系可以促进农村经济的快速稳定发展,新农村建设能够开展得更加从容顺利。但受目前农村金融市场供给约束、制度缺陷和环境制约等因素的影响,以现有的金融服务系统来支持新农村建设,存在着许多困难。文章针对这些问题,提出了如何建立农村金融服务体系以支持浙江新农村建设的发展思路,并结合提出了发挥金融机构的融资作用、改善农村金融服务和优化农村金融环境等政策意见与建议。To construct and improve new rural financial system can promote the rapid and steady development of the rural economy, the construction of new countryside can carry out more calmly and smoothly. But by the factors of the current supply of rural financial market constraints, system defects, and environmental constraints, there are many difficulties in the existing financial systems to support new rural construction. This paper proposes the suggestions on how Zhejiang province to create a rural financial system to serve new rural construction, how to make the financial institutes into performance and to optimize the financial environment.
