摘　　要：信用担保是解决中小企业融资难的一种有效措施。然而,2011年以来,温州互保联保危机蔓延,主要原因是担保风险没有得到有效的释放。为此,文章在对温州担保困境分析的基础上,探索重构温州信用担保体系。Credit guarantee is an effective measure to resolve the difficulty in getting financial report of small and medium enterprise. But in 2011, mutual guarantee and joint guarantee crisis appeared in Wenzhou, the main reason is the risk of guarantee didn＇t release fully. The paper begins with the analysis of the present situation of guarantee dilemma in Wenzhou, explore to re-establish Wenzhou＇s guarantee system.
