利润池视角下我国物联网产业战略研究

摘　　要：利润池理论作为一种产业战略分析工具,通过构建产业利润池拼图和产业利润结构模型,开创新的战略分析视角,改变物联网产业既有的以营业收入高低评判企业优劣的规则。文章首先对利润池理论进行梳理和归纳,从产业和企业层面分析了我国物联网产业利润池战略形成机理,指出了我国物联网产业存在的突出优势和缺点,并指出我国物联网产业利润池战略实施对策。The profit pool theory, as a kind of industrial tools of strategic analysis, it builds the industry profit pool puzzles and industrial profit structure and then starts a new strategic analysis giving a new angle of view, changing the industry＇s rules of evaluation enterprise quality through business income level. At first, the paper analyzes and inducts the profit pool theory, and then illustrate formation mechanism of our industry of internet of things＇ profit pool strategy from the industry and enterprise level, and points out that the internet of things industry＇s prominent advantages and shortcomings, and give some suggestions.
