摘 要:膜式水冷壁温度一直是影响超临界压力锅炉安全的重要部分,采用有限容积法对2690t/h超临界压力锅炉膜式水冷壁温度特性进行数值计算,得出了螺旋管圈水冷壁工质温度、焓值及壁温分布。研究结果表明:随着锅炉负荷的升高,管壁最高温度及最大温差均增大,且最高温度由水冷壁向火侧转移到鳍端,最高温度均低于金属许用温度。在炉膛宽度上,各管间水冷壁温度及工质温度差均很小,螺旋管圈可以有效消除热偏差。In the factors influencing the secure operation of supercritical pressure boilers, the temperature of membrane water-walls is always an important one. Numerical calculations of water-wall temperature profile of the 2690t/h supercritical boiler were conducted using the Finite Volume Method, and the temperature of spiral membrane water-wall and the working medium and enthalpy were obtained. According to the calculating results, both the highest temperature and the maximum temperature difference increase with increasing the furnace load, and the highest temperature, which firstly occurs at the facing flame outer of water wall tube and then appears at the fin's end, does not exceed the permitted value of the metal. As the thermal deviation can be effectively reduced by spiral water-wall, the temperature of water-walls and the temperature difference of working medium between each tube are very small along the width direction of the furnace.
