摘 要:燃煤成灰是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉惰性物料的主要来源,煤质的成灰特性对循环流化床锅炉的物料平衡有着极其重要的影响。通过建立物料动态平衡模型,分析燃煤成灰特性对CFB锅炉启动床料粒度分布动态变化的影响。数值计算结果表明:燃煤成灰中150~300μm颗粒的质量份额越大,床料粒度分布稳定的过渡过程时间就越短,稳态时的床料中150~300μm颗粒的质量份额越大,床质量越好;相反,若燃煤成灰特性不好,则过渡过程时间会很长,甚至需要专门设置惰性物料输送系统。研究结果为循环流化床锅炉的快速启动和动态运行提供理论依据。Coal ash is the main source of inert materials in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, it is very important for the mass balance of CFB boiler. A dynamic mass balance model is set up to analyze the influence of coal's intrinsic ash formation on dynamic balance of the bed material size distribution in CFB boiler's start-up process. The results show that the weight fraction of 150-300 μ m particles is more, the start-up time is less, and the same size particles are more in bed material in steady state, and the bed quality is better. If the properties of coal's intrinsic ash formation can not meet the need of the operation of CFB boiler, the start-up time will be longer, even conveying system of inert material is required to guarantee the mass balance. These results provide theory basis for CFB boiler's quick start-up and dynamic running.
