摘　　要：石灰石是湿法脱硫运行成本的主要组成部分,通过对比理论石灰石耗量和实际石灰石耗量的偏差,可以找出影响石灰石利用率的主要影响因素,进而寻求提高石灰石利用率,降低石灰石耗量的有效途径,节约脱硫运行成本。通过实验研究,分别对浆液pH值、石灰石粒度、石灰石反应活性对石灰石的耗量影响进行了分析,为实际运行中降低石灰石耗量提高了参考。Limestone consumption is a major component of the operating costs of wet FGD, by theory limestone consumption and actual limestone consumption, limestone utilization, thus seeking the effective way to improve and saving the cost ofdesulfurization operation.
