摘　　要：阐述超临界W火焰锅炉中部水冷壁管屏结构特点、制造难点及解决方案。介绍中部水冷壁斜拱角部管屏、喷口管屏、带平衡管接头的管屏的弯制、装焊等问题在制造时的难点及解决办法。The structure characteristic, difficulties in manufacture, and the solution of the mid-water panel in supercritical W flame boiler are introduced, especially difficulties in manufacture and the solution for bend test, assembling and welding in the panel, which is mid-water ramp arch angle panel and burner panel and panel of balanceable nozzle.
