铁路运营和调度综合数据处理分析平台的设计

摘　　要：目前铁路运营和调度系统建设中存在着数据资源重复建设、难共享、标准不统一以及利用不充分等诸多问题。结合铁路运营和调度数据资源建设现状及综合数据处理分析平台的建设目标,提出了铁路运营和调度综合数据处理分析平台的总体架构和技术框架。该平台对实现数据资源在铁路运营和调度相关业务系统之间的准确及时共享,促进铁路运营和调度数据资源的共享和综合利用,提高铁路运营和调度管理的科学决策支持水平等方面有重要的作用。Now, there are a lot of issues in the construction of the Railway Operation and Dispatching System, such as redundant construction of data resources, difficulty in data sharing, lacks of the unified standards, insufficiency of system application and so on. Based on the status of ODS data resource con- struction and the construction goals of the integrated data processing and analysis platform, this article puts forward a general technical framework and an integrated structure of the ODS＇s integrated data pro- cessing and analysis platform, which will play an important role in achieving accurate real - time data sharing among the railway dispatching systems and other related systems and promoting train scheduling data sharing and comprehensive utilization of data resources. In addition, it will play significant role in improving the technical supports for scientific decision making in railway operation and dispatching.
