脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察人脐带间充质干细胞(human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells,HUC-MSCs)移植治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 32例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,经HUC-MSCs移植,分别于移植前、移植后1、3、6个月测血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TCSS评分及神经电生理检查,比较各指标改善情况并观察不良反应。结果 3次随访结果显示,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TCSS评分及神经电生理中的正中神经的运动末梢潜伏期、尺神经的感觉传导速度和运动末梢潜伏期,胫后神经感觉传导引出率、腓总神经的感觉传导引出率和运动末梢潜伏期均较移植前改善,且未见明显不良反应,以治疗后1个月疗效最明显,6个月内均有持续疗效。结论 HUC-MSCs移植可改善糖尿病周围神经病变的临床症状及神经电生理,是一个安全、有效的治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的新方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells （HUC-MSCs） transplantation on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods FBG,PBG,HbA1C levels,Toronto clinical scoring system（TCSS）,electrophysiological examination were measured in 32 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy before and 1,3,6 months after they underwent HUC-MSCs transplantation. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions. Results The three follow-up results show that the FBG,PBG,HbA1C levels,TCSS,the distal motor latency of the median nerve,the sensory conduction velocity and the distal motor latency of the ulnar nerve , the positive rate of sensory conduction of the posterior tibial nerve, the distal motor latency and the positive rate of the sensory conduction of the common peroneal nerve all obviously improved. During the study period no adverse reaction occurred.The gross and fine motor function was most rapidly improved in 1 month afer the therapy and it could be continuously improved within 6 months after the therapy. Conclusions HUC-MSCs transplantation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and electrophysiological examination of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It is a new safe, effective method to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
