青海多巴国家高原训练基地资源优化配置研究

摘　　要：高原训练基地体育资源的合理配置与利用是推动高原训练发展的条件和基础。在实地考察、问卷调查和个人深访的基础上,分析了青海多巴国家高原训练基地管理模式、人力资源、场馆设施、科研设施及服务能力、后勤保障体系、体育信息资源、经营收入等社会资源配置状况,并提出了其优化策略,旨在为多巴国家高原体育训练基地持续、高效和协调发展提供理论依据。The sport resources allocation and utilization of Highland Training Base is the conditions and foundations of Highland Training development. Based on the field investigation, questionnaire and personal deep interview, the research analyses the current situation of in Qinghai Duoba National Sports Training Base in term of natural resources and social resources such as management model, human resources, sports facilities, scientific research abilities, logistic support system, sports information resources, operating income. Some countermeasures are put forward on resources allocation, which aims to provide helpful theoretical reference on continuous, efficient and coordinated development.
