立式八段锦发展演变历程探究

摘　　要：使用文献资料法首次系统研究了立式八段锦的发展演变历程,研究结果表明:立式八段锦与汉代导引图有着一定的渊源关系;南朝梁陶弘景著的《养性延命录》最早记载了立式八段锦的动作雏形;北宋蒲虔贯的"小劳术"与南宋曾慥《道枢》中的相关记载,进一步丰富了立式八段锦的动作;"许真人引导诀"和"吕真人安乐歌"应系南宋时人托古名人所作,它们的出现代表着立式八段锦语言歌诀化的开始和主要动作雏形渐趋定型;梁世昌在清光绪初刊出的《易筋经外经图说》附录有"八段锦图",是目前所见关于定型立式八段锦动作歌诀的最早文献记载,并成为后人习练立式八段锦的范本。By literature consultation, it is discussed in the article the evolvement process of Lishi Ba Duan Jin systematically for the first time. Result indicates that certain origin relations exists between Lishi Ba Duan Jin and Han dynasty Daoyin drawing . The earliest action rudiment of Lishi Ba Duan Jin was recorded in the Yang Xing Yan Ming Lu written by TaoHongjing in Nan Chao Liang dynasty. Pu Qianguan＇s Xiaolaoshu and the relevant records during northern Song dynasty and Zeng Zao＇s DaoShu during the southern Song dynasty , it is further enriched the action of Lishi Ba Duan Jin. Xuzhenren Yindaojue and Luzhenren Anlege should be written during between the southern Song dynasty and Yuan dynasty, which is subjected to the Lishi Ba Duan Jin＇s language and action gradually finalizing the design. The drawings of Lishi Ba Duan Jin were appendixed in the book of Yijinjing Waijing Tushuo published by Liang Shichang in Qing dynasty in the early Guangxu period, which is currently seen as the first document of Lishi Ba Duan, and it had become the sample to posterity who learn and practice Liang Shichang.
