摘　　要：介绍了计算机自动控制和管理窑炉温度的原理、设计和安装工艺及其技术要求,阐述了自动控制和管理温度窑炉的相关设备参数设定及其工艺要求,分析了系统达到窑炉温度自动控制的功能,从而实现生产产品质量提升和能耗降低。In this paper, we introduce the computer automatic control and management of the temperature, the design, the installation process and skill of the roller hearth furnace, expound the setting of and process requirements for the equipment parameter of the temperature in roller hearth furnace and analyze the automatic control of the roller hearth furnace when the temperature of the system reaches the scope of the design. The newly-designer system will ensure better product quality and consume less energy.
